All quotes are based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary depending on actual services rendered, time, distance, or additional labor needs. Payment is due as agreed—either before, during, or immediately after the service is completed, depending on the agreement.
We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your move, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled move may be subject to a cancellation fee. We do our best to accommodate last-minute changes, but availability is not guaranteed.
To ensure a smooth move, customers are responsible for:
Clearly communicating all items to be moved
Ensuring access to the property (parking, elevators, gates, etc.)
Packing items securely if not using our packing service
Disclosing fragile or valuable items ahead of time
We are not responsible for damage to items packed by the customer.
We handle your belongings with care. In the unlikely event of damage or loss, our liability is limited to the extent provided by our insurance and moving agreement. Items of extraordinary value should be declared in advance and may require special handling.
We are not responsible for:
Items not disclosed during the estimate
Delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen events
Damage caused by poor packing not done by our team
